Job DescriptionResponsible for improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes; development of new process modules; leading or coordinating large projects. Interact and collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D groups on inter‑departmental and cross‑functional projects. Perform circuit level failure analysis, analyze E‑test and product yield data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve the manufacturing process.

- MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
- Ability to communicate and present technical concepts and analysis in an effective manner
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, Diffusion - Experience with SPC, DOE and yield analysis tools is preferred
Compensation: $76,000 - $124,000
