Job DescriptionMinimum of 2 years of experience managing spare parts inventory within a semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP inventory systems, supply chain operations, cycle counting procedures, and maintaining precise inventory records. Proven ability to coordinate parts repair processes, including identifying and engaging qualified repair vendors, while ensuring comprehensive traceability documentation for all components. Strong preference given to candidates with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and critical spare parts management practices.

- You have knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and spare parts.
- You have familiarity with electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum system components.
- You have an understanding of cleanroom protocols and contamination control practices.
- You can identify and track critical spare parts for manufacturing tools.
- You can handle ESD-sensitive (Electrostatic Discharge) components.
- You have the knowledge of semiconductor industry terminology and equipment maintenance support.
- You have experience receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle-counting inventory.
- You can maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- You have experience coordinating with suppliers and internal maintenance teams.
- You can expedite critical parts to minimize equipment downtime.
- You have an understanding of ISO quality standards and documentation practices.
- You can verify part numbers, revisions, and certifications.
- You can maintain traceability records for parts and materials.
- You have the knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling and storage.
Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1-3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, purchasing, or parts management.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking software.
- Ability to lift and move materials according to workplace safety requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in semiconductor fabs or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Certification in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or similar platforms.
Compensation: $25.00/hour
