As part of the Equipment Engineering Service team at Tower Semiconductor you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of Copper CMP and Plating tools and support equipment.

Shift: Wednesady - Friday and every other Saturday 12:00pm - 12:00am

• You can perform technical servicing and preventative maintenance of semiconductor copper tools and support equipment.
• You can monitor and recommend spare parts inventory levels for related tool sets.
• You can use test equipment including test meters, hand tools, and power tools.
• You have excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
• You can follow maintenance and safety procedures.
• You have the ability to be in a leadership role, setting a high standard of ownership within the group.
• You can train on semiconductor production equipment.
• You are able to work with minimal management supervision to perform daily routines once trained.
• You can work on assignments that are moderate to high complexity in nature; solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• You can participate in problem solving teams.
• You can work within established procedures and written or verbal instructions on a wide variety of technical, non-standardized assignments that are semi-routine in nature, where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices and take corrective action.
• You can demonstrate high quality work.
• You can interface with Vendors, Senior Technicians, and Engineers to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of down tools and support equipment.
• You can work in a fab and sub‑fab clean‑room environment.
• You can demonstrate working knowledge of electro‑mechanical systems operations and maintenance. Capable of working with hand tools and multimeter.

• Requires an AS degree (Military or Trade School with an emphasis in electronics/mechanical equivalent may substitute for AS degree) and prior experience in the following technical fields, mechanical, electrical or refrigeration.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.

Compensation: $25.00/hr - $38.00/hr
