Candidate will execute DC, AC, RF, and reliability characterization of active and passive semiconductor devices at the wafer level. They will establish and document best practice protocols for testing in the device lab. Additional opportunities include defining hardware requirements for new electrical testing techniques (identifying and assessing options for new equipment purchases) and assisting with test structure design in support of new technology development.

• You have experience with high frequency characterization of active and passive semiconductor devices using s‑parameter measurements.
• You can establish best practices and documentation for device lab procedures.
• You can perform parametric testing of new devices and contribute to data analysis.
• You can assist with definition and layout of new test structures for test chips.

• Possessing or pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, materials science, or a related field.

Compensation: $23.35 – $26.72.
