Job Responsibilities- Design HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for hospitals, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
- Create and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Consult with architectural practices and contribute to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Perform energy modeling and code compliance reviews related to HVAC and plumbing.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- PE license in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing.
- Experience with both HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Experience with energy modeling software such as Energy Pro.
- Self‑starter capable of seeing the big picture and connecting the company vision to job performance.
- No hesitation in taking ownership of work and pursuing goals.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and (preferred) Adobe InDesign.
- Understanding of database concepts and marketing database usage.
- Basic knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, as a team member or leader.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working under pressure and contributing positively to office and department culture.
