Project Manager - Water​/Wastewater

The Project Manager – Water/Wastewater will manage capital improvement projects for public agencies across California, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.

Planning, directing, and managing projects within Ardurra’s West Practice, including technical oversight, business development support, proposal development, project management, and personnel/resource oversight.

• Manage projects, clients, staff, and execute capital projects.
• Assist with business development activities and proposal writing.
• Oversee all aspects of public water project delivery (wastewater treatment, advanced water treatment, groundwater recharge, wellhead treatment).
• Supervise water pumping stations and sewer lift stations.
• Design and implement conveyance systems, including pipelines, flow control facilities, turnouts, pressure‑reducing stations, metering stations, and related facilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
• 10+ years of related experience in the water and wastewater industry.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to anticipate and initiate project tasks independently.
• Ability to work efficiently within a predetermined project budget and schedule.

Salary range: $120,000 to $1,600,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
