As a key member of the Global FP&A Consolidations team, you will play a central role in the endtoend consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the firm's global budgets, forecasts, and actuals. This highly visible position sits at the heart of the FP&A organisation, partnering closely with business leaders, regional finance teams, Accounting, and Technology to provide insights that support strategic decision making.
Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, evolving environment. You will be self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across global teams to deliver high quality, timely financial outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting, Forecasting & Consolidation:
Support annual operating plan, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, including coordinating timelines, templates, and global submissions. - Budgeting, Forecasting & Consolidation:
Consolidate firmwide budgets, forecasts, and monthend results across regions, business units, and functions for senior leadership and parent company reporting. - Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and maintain consolidated financial reporting packs (P&L, headcount, AUM, revenue, expenses). - Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Conduct deepdive variance analyses, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks while providing actionable insights. - Data Integrity & Governance:
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data inputs, intercompany eliminations, hierarchy structures, and financial mappings. - Data Integrity & Governance:
Partner with Accounting and Oracle Support teams to maintain the global chart of accounts, cost centre structures, and reporting hierarchies. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross functional teams to develop clear, concise financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Stakeholder

Build strong working relationships across global FP&A, regional finance, Accounting, and Technology teams. - Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytical effectiveness. - Process Improvement & Automation:
Champion new technologies and tools to support automation and continuous improvement. - Additional Responsibilities:
Complete adhoc analysis, special projects, and reporting initiatives to support broader organisational goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Approx. 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related analytical finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Strong presentation development capabilities (PowerPoint, written commentary).
- Understanding of ERP hierarchies, cost centres, and consolidation frameworks.
- Ability to respond professionally to management inquiries and build strong internal/external relationships.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning, Alteryx, Python, SAP, or other ERP/automation tools is highly desirable.
