Overview
We are a well-established independent escrow company with multiple locations in Orange County, CA that is looking for a motivated team-player who is excited to grow their career and be an integral part of a growing company. Our team has a passion for what they do and any candidates should take great pride in their work and have a similar passion for customer service/escrow/real estate.
5+ years minimum of escrow processing is a must. The Escrow Officer must also be able to manage all aspects of an escrow transaction.
- Provides support to team and office by delivering the finest customer service and supporting administrative duties related to escrow closings
- Packages new escrows and receipt deposits
- Reviews/Clears title
- Orders demands and other documents within a timely manner of receipt of open order request and follows up as necessary (Pro-activeness is essential)
- Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions
- Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions
- Manage all aspects of desk
- Responsible for establishing new escrow accounts and processing of escrow documents consistent with established policies and procedures.
- Audit escrow files and review work of escrow team
- Clearing titles, packaging, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.
- Establishes escrow account via depositing funds and maintaining records.
- Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions
- Balance the file and review closing statement and complete all disbursements
- Requirement of 5+ years of escrow experience
- Book of Business
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong multi tasking skills with excellent follow up skills
- Desire to learn and grow in the business with a can do attitude
