- Salary $90,000 – $110,000 + Annual Bonus

The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will partner with the Commercial Finance Manager and other departments to provide tools and enable local capabilities. They will focus on continuous improvement, identify future opportunities of financial reporting and make recommendations to support business analysis.
Responsibilities- Build and foster solid business relationships with the Commercial team and internal departments to become the first point of contact for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain forecast files and manage phasing shifts in allocations.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to validate data accuracy of distributor reporting.
- Own divisional data loads into financial systems during LE and Budget cycles; ensure accuracy.
- Prepare presentations and key reporting deliverables that summarize information concisely for key stakeholders.
- Participate in S&OP meetings; learn the business and provide commercial insights.
- Conduct commercial performance analysis using varying data sources.
- Collaborate with Customer Service on order management and validate order releases; analyze and report variances including overstock/OOS potentials.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and create value; identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide ad hoc business support and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- Previous experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in Spirits/adult beverage or CPG industry preferred.
- Proven track‑record working in finance/accounting analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required; strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of financial data systems such as TM1 and SAP preferred.
- Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Data‑driven and goal oriented.
- Excellent communication, organization, project management, multitasking, team player.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
