If this sounds like you, read on. We’re offering a role that will challenge, inspire, and equip you to thrive as a Financial Advisor SNAPSHOT OF YOUR FIRST YEAR AT CUTLER INVESTMENT GROUP:
Within the first 30-60 days:
  • Immerse yourself in the “Cutler Way”, company processes, industry positioning, and available resources.
  • Schedule meetings, and on-on-ones with staff and senior leadership.
  • Observe client meetings with Senior Wealth Advisors and begin supporting clients operationally.
  • By day 60, independently handle 90% of operational client management tasks.
3 months and ongoing:
  • Provide operational support for Senior Wealth Advisors’ client portfolios while deepening knowledge in investment strategies, tax planning, and insurance.
  • Actively observe, debrief, and collaborate on client needs and next steps.
  • At 4-6 months, join client meetings and help manage and service accounts.
6 months and ongoing:
  • Add value in client annual reviews by preparing materials and flagging issues.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, conduct research, and prepare data for strategies under senior guidance.
  • Attend social events with advisors to build relationships and develop prospecting skills.
  • Leverage internal training resources for continuous personal growth.
12+ months and ongoing:
  • Take on more lead responsibilities with client books of business.
  • Learn prospecting and business development techniques to begin winning more new clients.
  • Progress toward managing complex needs independently and growing your own book of business.
EDUCATION,

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Financial Advisor, Para-Planner, or FA Associate. (strong client-facing and attention to details skills)
    required
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, tracking investments, or trading required
  • Strong foundational knowledge of financial concepts through own personal interest or professional skills acquired required
  • Passion for learning and a drive to grow within the financial services industry required
  • Willingness to engage with people, develop relationships, and continuously learn to meet client needs required
  • Ability to acquire Series 65 license within the first year of employment required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, management, or a related field highly preferred
  • Background in financial services, banking, insurance, or related fields required, though experience in product-based sales a plus
  • Completion of coursework for CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation a plus
COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

The compensation range is $105,000-$135,000 annually, commensurate with experience level & skillset
