We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Sr. Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to lead our investor relations program and develop a best‑in‑class investor engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Relations Strategy & Execution
    • Support the VP in developing and executing the investor relations strategy.
    • Articulate a clear, consistent equity narrative that aligns with corporate strategy and long‑term value creation.
    • Ensure investor communications meet disclosure and regulatory requirements.
  • Investor Targeting & Shareholder Engagement
    • Lead investor targeting initiatives and prioritize prospective institutional investors.
    • Develop detailed investor profiles, targeting lists, and engagement plans.
    • Track shareholder ownership trends and support proactive engagement strategies.
  • Earnings, Reporting & Investor Materials
    • Lead preparation of investor‑facing materials such as quarterly earnings releases, presentations, earnings scripts, FAQs, and talking points.
    • Support planning and execution of quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and key investor events.
    • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across all external communications.
  • Analyst Coverage & Consensus Management
    • Conduct first‑pass analysis of analyst consensus models following earnings releases.
    • Assess alignment of analyst assumptions with corporate strategy and identify misalignments.
    • Support follow‑up with analysts to clarify information in accordance with Regulation FD.
  • Investor Meetings, Conferences & Logistics
    • Coordinate investor conferences, non‑deal roadshows, and investor meetings.
    • Manage scheduling, travel logistics, and meeting materials.
    • Prioritize inbound meeting requests and coordinate calendars.
  • Investor Relations Website Management
    • Own and update the company’s investor relations website with financial results, SEC filings, presentations, and press releases.
    • Ensure compliance with disclosure and regulatory requirements.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    • Develop deep expertise in the global aesthetics market and competitive landscape.
    • Provide data‑driven market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead quarterly deep dives into competitors’ earnings to inform talking points.
    • Partner with analytics team to evaluate company KPIs against industry benchmarks.
  • Strategic Finance & Corporate Projects
    • Build high‑level financial models for long‑range planning and strategic decision‑making.
    • Support CFO and CEO on ad‑hoc strategic projects.
  • Office Location – Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
  • Travel may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
  • Experience preparing earnings materials and interacting with institutional investors and sell‑side analysts.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and Regulation FD.
  • Strategic thinking to translate financial performance into a compelling equity story.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, highly organized, solutions oriented.
  • Collaborative team player with cross‑functional experience across Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Executive Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced financial degree strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience at a publicly traded company strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical aesthetics, or consumer healthcare sectors preferred.
  • Knowledge of NIRI certifications preferred.
Compensation & Total Rewards

The expected pay range for this position is $137,000 - $170,000, plus an annual bonus compensation plan. The base salary is determined case‑by‑case.
