Finance Manager

• Own and drive finance operations across the U.S. logistics business
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support growth and profitability
• Work in a hands-on role requiring Cargo Wise and logistics industry experience

As the Finance Manager USA, you will take ownership of finance for Visy Logistics in the United States, supporting a growing business with strong expansion plans. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support commercial decision making. We're specifically seeking a finance professional who has previous experience working within a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environment and is comfortable operating within Cargo Wise.

• Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the U.S. freight forwarding and logistics business
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Drive process and system improvements across finance and operations
• Monitor business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
• Support commercial activities through contract review, pricing analysis, and profitability insights
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and U.S. statutory requirements

• Mandatory experience working within freight forwarding or international logistics environments
• Mandatory hands-on experience using Cargo Wise
• CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational and commercial teams
• 10+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or commercial finance roles
• Proven ability to manage reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis in a dynamic environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
