Position
Purpose:
The
Assistant Regional Manager supports the Regional Manager of Operations (RMO) in overseeing provider operational functions across the Platinum Dermatology Partners network of clinics. This role assists with maximizing operational efficiency, staffing, and financial performance. The Assistant Regional Manager will partner with the Regional Manager of Operations (RMO) to implement best practices, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support staff training initiatives.
This role will also assist the RMO in driving strategic growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance across assigned regions.You must live in San Diego County or Orange County for this role.
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks:
- Support the Regional Manager of Operations (RMO) with the implementation of operational plans and strategic initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day non-clinical operational support to practice managers and clinic teams.
- Assist practice managers with staffing coordination, onboarding processes, and workforce planning efforts.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and support reporting efforts related to productivity, growth, and financial performance.
- Review operational data (including Power
BI reports) and escalate trends, concerns, or opportunities to regional leadership. - Support analysis of P&L statements and assist with identifying gaps between actual performance and projections.
- Coordinate operational meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-up items.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide coaching reinforcement and operational guidance to practice managers under the direction of the RMO.
- Support implementation of best practices to improve patient experience, revenue cycle processes, staffing efficiency, and compliance.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for practice managers for operational questions and issue resolution.
- Help facilitate communication between physicians, providers, and practice leadership to promote collaboration and operational alignment.
- Support onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired practices in partnership with the Sr. Director of Integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Aesthetics, Revenue Cycle, Operations) to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Assist with compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Participate in special projects and operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment support activities, including coordinating interviews for key roles.
- Prepare performance summaries and operational updates for regional leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
