Responsibilities- Remember the members' name and what they shared with you.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with members, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Pamper members by paying close attention to little details, asking what they prefer, checking in on them.
- Ensure clean towels are fully stocked throughout the recreation department and take used ones to the laundry room.
- Sanitize gym equipment, replenish toiletries, clean showers and mirrors.
- Shine shoes, remove dirt & grass from shoes.
- Build a rapport with our members and their guests.
- Spark up conversations and make an effort to share laughs with the member.
- Anticipate our members' needs.
- Assist our members with their inquiries.
- Maintain the recreation facilities clean and free from clutter.
- Enjoy interacting with children and organizing FUN activities.
- Smile.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
