We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help grow/strengthen our client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Full Life Cycle of the recruiting process for our clients. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in recruiting in the I.T. industry.

• Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools
• Interview prospective candidates
• Post jobs on job boards
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies
• Contact candidates post-interview
• Extend job offers
• Reach out to candidates who are on assignment, continue to build the relationship
• Cold calling to identify prospective candidates.

• 2+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing agency
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets and KPIs
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes
• Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, Linked In
