Role Summary
Director, Omnichannel Marketing leads digital marketing across social media, paid media, CRM, SMS, SEO and web marketing to increase brand perception, acquire new customers and improve retention. Reports to the Executive Director, Omnichannel and Consumer Marketing and collaborates with professional product marketing, customer education, creative, sales, digital product, legal and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities- Digital marketing strategy and execution:
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with brand franchise goals and customer lifecycle stages to increase customer lifetime value
- Manage campaigns, overseeing content marketing and execution across digital channels
- Develop a deep understanding of aesthetics HCP segments (e.g., injectors, practice owners, and clinical staff), including behaviors, motivations, and decision drivers, to inform targeted digital strategies, personalized content, and lifecycle-based engagement
- Budget and resource management and allocation
- Content Strategy and Execution:
- Oversee the omnichannel content strategy and channel execution that supports product marketing objectives
- Understand legal, regulatory and medical affairs promotional guidelines provided; lead the interpretation and negotiation of promotional review feedback while guiding the creative teams on effective incorporation into final digital assets
- Continue to optimize content and user experience in digital assets across the customer journey
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Define and measure key performance indicators with end-to-end attribution to optimize digital campaign ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, Sales Force, SEMrush, etc.
- Conduct content A/B testing to improve performance
- Oversee channel analytics and reporting and provide executive summaries of digital campaign performance, with recommendations for future optimizations
- Recommend new technologies, martech tools, AI and workflows that improve content and channel performance

- Other duties as assigned
- 10+ years demonstrated experience running digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry, with understanding of medical/legal/regulatory review processes for FDA-regulated products
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Sales Force Marketing Cloud); analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush); content collaboration platforms (Figma, Trello, Monday)
- Strong editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Strong presentation skills, ability to distill digital performance into executive dashboards and present insights to leadership
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
- Adaptable, curious and proactive in learning new tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
