Business Systems Analyst II

We are seeking a Finance Master Data Analyst to support the expansion of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiatives as part of a Finance & Actuarial transformation program within a broader Oracle ERP/EPM ecosystem
.

This is a business-focused analyst role — not a system administrator or developer position. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance and Reporting stakeholders to gather, document, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications for enterprise and technology teams.

You will play a critical role in enabling scalable governance, standardized workflows, and efficient master data change management across key finance dimensions such as Account, Entity, Treaty, and Cost Center.

• Gather, analyze, and document complex finance and reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into structured specifications for technical teams
• Support governance and workflow processes for master data changes
• Ensure consistency and scalability across enterprise master data domains
• Facilitate discussions across business and enterprise teams
• Drive clarity and documentation in support of transformation initiatives

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Finance Systems Analyst
• Strong experience working with Finance, Accounting, or Reporting teams
• Demonstrated ability to document complex business processes and workflows
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts (accounts, entities, hierarchies, reference data)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured documentation
