Role DescriptionSequel Brands is seeking a detail-oriented, performance-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support paid media execution across our growing franchise network. This role is ideal for an organized, analytical marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants hands-on experience managing high-volume, multi-location digital campaigns.
Working closely with the Digital Advertising Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in campaign setup, creative production, reporting, and ongoing optimization across 50+ franchise studio accounts. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in performance marketing within a franchise model.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of Meta and Google lead-generation campaigns across multiple franchise locations.
- Assist in campaign setup, audience creation, tracking implementation, and budget allocation.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPL, CAC, CTR, conversions) and flag optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate and implement A/B testing for creative, copy, and targeting variations.
- Develop and version ad creative using approved brand assets and copywriting tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and franchise partners.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand standards and promotional calendars.
- Assist in onboarding new franchise locations by gathering assets and setting up ad accounts.
- Stay current on Meta and Google Ads platform updates and best practices.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing or paid media experience (internship or agency experience acceptable).
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads .
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing campaign data and identifying trends.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in franchise, multi-location, or service-based businesses is a plus.
