What Will You Do?As a Senior Manager, Loyalty, CRM & Personalization Analytics at Chipotle, you will lead the analytics roadmap for loyalty, CRM, and personalization initiatives aligned to lifecycle growth. You will own measurement frameworks including customer cohorts, lifecycle analysis, and experimentation strategy with test design and incrementality. Additionally, you will coach a team of analysts while establishing standards for analytical quality, stakeholder engagement, and insight communication.
