Senior Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure Engineering

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
- Lead large-scale cloud infrastructure and modernization programs across enterprise environments.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Partner with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive program success.
- Oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives utilizing Terraform and cloud automation technologies.
- Lead Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and Dev Ops transformation programs.
- Manage infrastructure governance, risk mitigation, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Drive Service Now, ITSM, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Support cloud governance, Fin Ops, Dev Sec Ops , compliance, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices across multiple technical teams and work streams.
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- 5+ years leading cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infrastructure modernization programs.
- Strong experience managing AWS-based initiatives and cloud migration projects.
- Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, and Cloud Formation.
- Experience with Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops , Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Infrastructure Engineering practices.
- Experience managing Service Now, ITIL, ITSM, cloud governance, or Fin Ops initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience with in Financial Services, Insurance, Fin Tech, Healthcare, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Prior experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
