Responsibilities
- Define and maintain audience segmentation strategies based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data.
- Develop journey maps for lifecycle campaigns and collaborate to implement automated customer journeys (welcome series, nurture, retention flows, re‑engagement) across the provider journey.
- Align journey touchpoints with omnichannel and product marketing strategies and customer experience goals.
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive progression across the funnel (awareness → activate → conversion → retention).
- Collaborate with creative, omnichannel, and digital enablement to ensure cohesive storytelling and attribution across channels.
- Bring forward best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and emerging channel trends.
- Ensure campaigns are compliant with legal/regulatory/medical guidelines and submitted to the Promotional Review Board in a timely manner.
- Own campaign reporting dashboards and communicate campaign ROI to leadership monthly.
- Develop and execute test‑and‑learn plans (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion and engagement.
- Track lifecycle health (activation, churn rate, re‑engagement) attributed to campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, email/SMS, or lifecycle campaign management.
- Proven track record creating, launching, and optimizing integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle journey design.
- Knowledge of personalization, A/B multivariate testing, and dynamic content strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development best practices.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business/Digital Media or related field (or equivalent).
- Coursework/certification in digital or email marketing.
- Familiarity with AMP for Email and Google Analytics.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated industry.
