- 1+ years of experience in an IT support environment

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Experience with Service Now (or similar service management tools)
- IT Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are a plus
- Completion of relevant training courses or boot camps is a plus
