Solution Advisor – SAP Academy for Customer Success

The Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges, and to help them achieve strategic objectives using SAP solutions. This role is part of the SAP Academy for Customer Success and involves full‑time participation in a 10‑month development program designed to build a career in customer‑facing sales and solution delivery.

• Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations, providing functional and technical expertise within the sales cycle.
• Deliver software demonstrations that illustrate SAP’s value proposition.
• Support deal execution by responding to RFPs and participating in marketing events and Design Thinking sessions.
• Work under mentorship to acquire expertise in SAP solutions and emerging technologies.
• After program completion, lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys, and identify business challenges for innovation.

• 2–3 years of professional experience with strong technical and business process foundation.
• Experience with relevant technologies, industry‑standard tools, and complex problem solving.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, use cases, and ethics.
• Resilient mindset and drive for growth and success.
• Business acumen and knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
• Proficiency in English.
