Education and Occupational ExperienceBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skillsand Competencies Experience
Experience must include two (2) years involving each of the following:
- Creating high-fidelity and low-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes while applying the required domain knowledge;
- Mapping user journeys, end-to-end workflows, service blueprints, and system processes;
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, analyzing data to identify patterns and insights, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations;
- Defining user to guide product decisions and experience design;
- Utilizing design and research tools including Figma, Fig Jam, Dovetail, Respondent, User Testing, and Mural, and product and delivery tools including Jira and Aha!
Experience must include one (1) year involving each of the following:
- Designing workflows and user experiences in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry to support complex financial decision-making;
- Preparing detailed design specifications, and documentation utilizing Figma Design tool;
- Organizing and facilitating design workshops for internal and customer facing participants; and
- Designing solution portfolios that integrate SAP S/4
HANA, BTP, and CX Sales Cloud with Retail Execution and earlier ERP systems including SAP ECC.
