The Digital Real-World Data & Healthcare Intelligence Team (RWD & HI) ensures that a person’s “real” health experience, from diverse data sources like insurance claims, hospital records, fitness trackers, is a key part of every data-driven decision Sanofi makes. We are on a journey to surface valuable healthcare intelligence from a sea of data enabling confident, real-time decisions to boost launch success and patient impact. We plan to accomplish this by developing a platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence to collate volumes of data from a wide-range of sources and synthesize the information into actionable insights, and we need your expertise to educate and accelerate our roadmap.

Reporting to the RWD & HI Product Line Manager, you are a detail-oriented Business Analyst who bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You enjoy translating complex healthcare data needs into clear requirements, performing data analysis to uncover insights, and collaborating closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful RWD & HI products. You thrive in an agile environment and are excited about how AI and advanced analytics can transform real-world data into actionable healthcare intelligence.
