• We are seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings (including repurchase facilities), and leasing.
• This role offers the opportunity to work on complex deals with minimal supervision, engage directly with clients, and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice
• 4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law at a large or mid-sized firm
• Proficiency in handling joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
• Ability to manage complex deals independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Interest in building a long-term practice in a collegial, high-deal-flow environment
