Our client, a growing family law firm in Orange County, is seeking Associate Attorneys (1–3 years’ experience) to join their team. Prior family law experience is not required—attorneys with construction defect, insurance defense, or civil litigation backgrounds transition seamlessly.
What You’ll Do- Handle dissolution, custody, support, and property division cases
- Manage cases from start to resolution, including court appearances and depositions
- Work with experienced mentors in a hands-on, supportive environment
- Structured training and mentorship
- Opportunities for courtroom-focused or in-office roles
- Meaningful client work in a collaborative, vibrant office with a rooftop patio
Billable Requirement: 1500 hours/year
