Position: Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Position Type: Full-Time, 100% Onsite for probationary period, then hybrid
Compensation: Salary range of $140,000–$210,000, commensurate with experience.
Position OverviewOur client is seeking to add a talented Real Estate Attorney to play a key role in supporting a wide range of transactional real estate matters for private business clients. This position offers exposure to sophisticated real estate work while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and financing transactions. You will also assist with special purpose and series entity formation, as well as prepare operating agreements and limited partnership agreements. From time to time, the position may also involve handling real estate–related disputes and workout matters.
A strong understanding of entity taxation and corporate governance structures is highly valued. Experience with real estate transactions, title review, real estate finance, or workouts is beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate superior academic credentials along with strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
