Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a demanding caseload from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses).
- Conduct legal research and fact investigations.
- Manage case files and coordinate scheduling for depositions, hearings, and other proceedings.
- Assist with trial preparation (organizing exhibits, creating witness binders).
- Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
