Litigation Legal Assistant

A prestigious law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Assistant to join their office in Newport Beach, CA.

Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 to $105,000

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise and proofread documents with high accuracy
• Calendar management
• Maintain & organize electronic files/documents
• Manage databases
• Keep accurate time records for billable tasks
• Assist attorneys with reviewing, organizing, and summarizing case materials, mail and other case-related documents
• Assist with arbitration and trial preparation

What the Firm is Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant experience within a law firm setting.
• Federal litigation support experience.
• Strong proficiency in state and federal court e-filing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Net Docs
• Paralegal Certificate and Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Excellent communication & time management skills
