A well-established boutique law firm in Newport Beach is seeking a seasoned Probate Litigation Partner to support succession planning and continued practice growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable platform with high-value trust and estate disputes, strong cross-practice collaboration, and long-term leadership potential.

• Partner-level role within a respected boutique litigation practice
• Part of an active succession plan as senior partners transition
• Manage a high-quality caseload involving complex trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes
• Collaborate closely with business litigation and real estate teams
• Contribute to a mentorship culture in a modern, tech-forward environment
• Independently run complex matters with strong client and matter management

• 10-20+ years of Probate Litigation experience
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently run complex matters
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
• Portable book ideally $400K-$500K+ (flexible based on fit)

• Base salary $250K-$300K (DOE + portable business) with bonus
• 1,900 billable hour target

Desired Skills and Experience
Trust & estate contests; fiduciary duty and accounting disputes; real property issues tied to estates or trusts; business interest disputes within estate administration; partition, title, and related real estate-adjacent litigation. 10-20+ years of Probate Litigation experience; trial experience strongly preferred; ability to independently run complex matters; strong communicator with a collaborative approach. Portable book is a plus but not required, ideally $400K-$500K+ (flexible based on fit).
