The Operations Specialist - Order Management is responsible for managing and executing the order fulfillment process efficiently and accurately. This role involves cross-functionally coordinating with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered on time and comply with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, review, and process incoming orders accurately and promptly using designated systems and tools.
• Monitor vendor inventory levels and collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock availability for order fulfillment.
• Track orders from receipt to delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of drop ship orders, including following up on order status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address order-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
