We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join a private family household in the Newport Coast area. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented home. This position requires a reliable individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure all areas of the residence are always kept in pristine condition.

• General Cleaning:
  Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, ensuring they are always neat and organized.
• Dishwashing & Restocking:
  Wash, dry, and restock dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies promptly.
• Floor Care:
  Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris.
• Restroom Maintenance:
  Clean and restock restrooms, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Spill Management:
  Respond promptly to spills and clean them with appropriate materials and equipment.
• Repair Notifications:
  Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the household manager in a timely manner.
• Waste Disposal:
  Collect and dispose of trash regularly, ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed.
• Guest Assistance:
  Provide courteous assistance to household guests as needed, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Linen Room:
  Keep the linen room organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Furniture Care:
  Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of upholstered furniture.

• Time Management:
  Strong ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and complete duties within scheduled timelines.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Must be able to lift and move up to 25-30 pounds regularly.
• Maintenance Skills:
  Basic knowledge of household maintenance and cleaning equipment.
• Professional Demeanor:
  Always maintain a polished and professional appearance; exhibit a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with family members and staff.
• Reliability:
  Dependable, hardworking, and committed to delivering consistent results.
• Flexibility:
  Open availability, with the ability to work part-time or full-time hours based on performance and household needs.

Competitive pay range of $18-25/hour, based on experience and performance.
