• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties in apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities.
• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties including distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies, floor care, dusting, polishing, washing walls and windows, and related tasks.
• Perform laundry duties: washing/drying resident laundry, folding/hanging, distributing linens, changing bed linens.
• Maintain resident laundry areas and stock/clean utility spaces; wash windows as requested; maintain cleanliness of storage rooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; stock the cleaning cart; empty wastebaskets and manage trash disposal with maintenance collaboration.
• Report maintenance needs and any resident issues promptly to the Supervisor.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as irons, washers & dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
