Accounts Payable Manager

We are a large, well-established Healthcare organization serving communities throughout Orange County. With a high-volume, fast-paced financial environment supporting multiple facilities and departments, we are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to lead and strengthen our AP operations.

The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the full-cycle AP function in a high-volume environment processing approximately 15,000 invoices per week
. This role requires a strong, hands‑on leader who can manage day‑to‑day operations, drive process improvements, and develop a high‑performing team.

You will directly supervise 8 AP team members (4 temporary and 4 permanent employees), providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure operational excellence.

• Serve as a hands‑on supervisor, stepping in to assist with invoice processing and issue resolution as needed
• Coach and develop team members, providing specific, actionable feedback that drives measurable improvement
