As the Director of Sales for Check The Reviews , your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Supervise, lead, and mentor a sales team across different locations and lines of business.
  • Build creative sales and marketing plans from the “ground-up”.
  • Develop sales processes and internal operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, assign responsibilities, track progress, and manage team functions.
  • Track KPIs for sales performance, marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition and retention, and brand awareness and reach.
  • Oversee sales team’s schedules and ensure time is divided between product markets and corresponding sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, industry events, direct outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized reputation management solutions.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in reputation management services.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve growth targets and contribute to the company’s overall profitability by securing new business and upselling existing clients.
For the position of Director of Sales, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications, skills, and education level:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of business development or sales experience, with a strong background in reputation management, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling business development efforts, ideally within a fast-paced, service-based environment.
  • Passionate about hiring and developing sales professionals to build a best-in-class sales team.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers, providing solutions that align with their reputation management goals.
  • Experience developing and executing business strategies that drive measurable growth and revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives and large audiences.
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with reputation management tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to partake in a Background Check.
