Cognizant is seeking a Delivery Project Manager for a full
-time opportunity in Newport Beach, CA.
The Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in delivery management capable of driving project success through effective planning and coordination. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts with no travel required.
The salary range for this role is between $99,000 and $116,000 depending on experience, skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted till 2/27/2026.

Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project execution
- Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes
- Implement best practices in delivery management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and development
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables
- Possess a strong background in delivery management with 11 to 13 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate expertise in project coordination and stakeholder communication
- Exhibit proficiency in risk analysis and mitigation strategies
- Show capability in resource optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Have experience in maintaining project documentation and reporting
- Display knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Present ability to mentor and support team members effectively
- Showcase skills in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
