The Assistant Manager, Business Operations provides administrative and technical support to the Business Operations leadership team. This role increases operational efficiency by maintaining systems, tools, and processes for ICAC Capital Projects and Apartment Development. The Assistant Manager supports departmental structures by monitoring digital governance, preparing leadership communications, and facilitating new hire training and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports the maintenance and accuracy of operational structures such as organizational charts, headcount models, and budget tools.
- Monitors digital file governance with both internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity.
- Prepares presentations, dashboards, and communications at the direction of the Business Operations leaders.
- Contributes to specific initiatives focused on process redesign, automation, and policy development.
- Coordinates new hire onboarding and conducts training on systems, programs, drives, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) specific to Capital Projects.
- Collaborates across departments and divisions to support stakeholders in company and division-wide initiatives.
Skills:
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
Work Experience:
- 2 - 5 years.
Base Pay Range: $35.63 - $48.65
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
