We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Buildings who thrives when teams are aligned and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Based at a client site in Orange County
, you’ll report directly to the Program Manager and work closely with other project managers to drive the full lifecycle of project development—from initial concept through completion—while ensuring alignment with program objectives. In this role, you’ll manage and provide construction oversight to OARs, resolving complex construction‑related issues, disputes, and challenges as they arise.

As the onsite Owner’s Representative
, you’ll be responsible for monitoring project progress, technical performance, materials management, schedule, cost, scope, and team safety. You’ll also provide leadership and direction to project engineers and construction teams, supporting professional growth and maintaining a high‑performing project environment. Your work keeps our teams connected, and we’ll ensure you have the tools and support needed to succeed.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
  • 12+ years of related design and construction project management experience with education or healthcare buildings.
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (gmp/ lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
  • Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction and management.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Design Assist Delivery experience.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM).

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
