Cut meat to customer specifications with a high yielding level of skill;
Support the production team with proper level of trimmed product ready for further processing;
Identify the product by proper name at sight and trim all loins;
Label and identify sub primal cuts after trimming to ensure product is ready for next processing step;
Perform heavy lifting in refrigerated processing and warehouse areas
