Compensation: $72,000.00 to $96.000.00 per year, including base salary plus incentives and bonuses.

Smarter Home.ai, a Master Distributor of top-tier services in cable, internet, phone, wireless products, and home security, is immediately hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Newport Beach. This is not a REMOTE POSITION.  , our Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team's initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support the growth of Smarter Home.ai.

As the Marketing Coordinator for Smarter Home.ai , you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
• Managing and updating content across Smarter Home.ai's website, landing pages, and Google My Business listings.
• Assisting in developing and scheduling social media content calendars.
• Coordinating email marketing campaigns, including drafting, proofing, and scheduling emails.
• Supporting event planning and execution for trade shows, local events, and partner activations.
• Maintaining marketing databases, reports, and dashboards to track campaign performance.
• Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities.
• Ensuring all communications are aligned with Smarter Home.ai's brand voice, guidelines, and objectives.
• Working closely with external vendors and partners for graphic design, video production, and promotional items.
• Helping to manage and optimize paid media campaigns with direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.

For the position of Marketing Coordinator for Smarter Home.ai, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing coordination or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In) and basic knowledge of paid ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools like Hub Spot, Mailchimp, or Go High Level  is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, flexible mindset, and willingness to learn
• Strong creative thinking and ability to contribute new ideas.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
