We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts while working closely with our Sales teams
. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in Newport Beach, CA.

• Support Sales and Business Development with marketing materials, decks, and presentations
• Support RFP responses, assist with look books, industry events, and marketing workflows
• Maintain showroom readiness for client tours and meetings
• Assist with social media calendar, graphics, print materials, web updates, and approvals
• Assist with events, gifting, and showroom tours
• Coordinate and schedule vendor partners, maintain library

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, events, or communications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating daily with Sales and BD teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Positive, proactive, detail-oriented mindset
