Position: Home Health/Hospice Clinical Nurse I (RN) $60.00

Skills & Experience:

-Home Health:
Requires at a minimum of two (2) years of acute clinical nursing experience, clinical home health care experience is required.
-Hospice:
Requires at a minimum of two (2) years of acute clinical nursing experience or home health experience.

-This includes providing physical assessments, IV, Infusion, nursing interventions, pain management, medication administrations, specimen collection, meeting nutritional needs, and teaching and discharge needs of the patients assigned.
-Utilizes the nursing process based on evidence-based best practices to meet patient care needs.
-Evaluates and adjusts the nursing care process as necessary with consultation as needed and confers with the appropriate resource personnel when making ethical/legal/medical dilemma decisions.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-All Clinical Nurse I's must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
-All Clinical Nurse I's are required to have current BLS certification prior to clinical rotation.
-Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

Salary 60.00 - 60.00 Hour
