The Lead Nurse role will be responsible for providing thoughtful consultations, developing specialized treatment plans, and expertly performing treatments across men’s aesthetics, skin health, health optimization, and performance. This is an on-site role at our studio.

The Lead Nurse will be the primary on-site studio clinician, working under the Managing Medical Director to follow and administer treatments including, but not limited to, injections, clinical facials, laser treatments, hair optimization protocols, IV therapies, and hormone and metabolic performance programs. This person will also help support the clinical team and day-to-day studio standards in partnership with Company leadership. The Lead Nurse will be responsible for an exceptional client experience, customer satisfaction, clinical excellence, and operational consistency.

Supporting the team of clinicians, this role represents an exciting opportunity to support overall studio operations and contribute to company growth. You’ll have a foundational seat at the table, partnering with a kind and curious owner to bring this novel concept to market. • Conduct comprehensive consultations tailored to male facial anatomy, skin and hair health, aesthetic goals, performance, and general wellness, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Skillfully perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Masterfully deliver advanced regenerative and skin treatments, including PRF/PRP, microneedling, advanced medical-grade facials, laser hair restoration, and laser grooming.
• Draw and evaluate hormone and metabolic performance labs, and work with the Managing Medical Director to create appropriate treatment plans under physician oversight.

• Educate clients on treatment options and processes, skincare, long-term maintenance plans, and outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care, follow-up, and ongoing patient relationship management.
• Read the room and anticipate unspoken concerns or hesitation, proactively putting clients at ease so they feel comfortable investing in themselves.
• Take ownership of the client experience in the moment—you’re empowered and trusted to resolve concerns and create standout moments on the spot, without waiting for sign-off.

• Ensure strict adherence to established treatment protocols, company-wide initiatives, safety protocols, HIPAA privacy practices, and all medical guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
