Position: PACU RN (Overnights)

DISC Surgery Center is seeking a per diem Overnight PACU RN for our Newport beach location. This position will work overnights and have a varied schedule, based on volume. Our center currently operates Monday -  this position, you will:

Monitor post-operative patients' conditions and manage their pain levels

Assess patients' vital signs and airways post-surgery

Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

To ensure success in this role, you should have:

Valid RN licenseBCLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Proficiency in airway management and post-anesthesia recovery2 years’ experience of PACU experience

Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00/hour
