• Three to five years of clinical nursing experience relevant to Emergency Services, including adult and pediatric patient populations.
• Three to five years of upper management or supervisory experience; director‑level experience required.
• Current RN licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree required (preferably BSN or other healthcare‑related field);
  Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required for senior leadership.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required; NIHSS and stroke certification within required timeframe.
• LA City Fire Card certification at time of hire or within 30 days required;
  Management of Aggressive Behavior certification within 60 days required.
• RNC or specialty certification, Nursing Administration certification, or related credential preferred.
