Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Orange County seeks a Home Health/Hospice Nurse I (RN) to provide direct patient care in patients' homes, assess needs, administer medications, and educate families. This role supports both home health and hospice patients and may require travel throughout Orange County.
Qualified candidates will have a California RN license, a valid driver's license, and current BLS. One year home health or two years hospice experience preferred.
