As the Quality Controls Manager, you will manage the implementation and execution of quality control programs across construction projects to ensure work meets or exceeds contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of Project Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee quality control procedures, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with project teams (superintendents, subcontractors, engineers) to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues in real time, including corrective actions and root‑cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, non‑conformances, and corrective measures.
  • Interface with clients, inspectors, and design team members to support project success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications.
  • Proven ability to develop, enforce, and manage quality systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
  • Certification in quality or construction quality management (e.g., CQCM).
  • Experience with formal quality processes (e.g., 3‑Phase QC Process used on government/federal projects).
