The Production Helper is responsible in meeting production schedules while maintaining quality and process standards for completed work.

Hours:

1st shift 6am-3:30pm

Days:
Monday-Friday

• Perform in‑process inspections to support quality and process requirements.
• Communicate quality concerns or process issues directly to appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to support efficiency and process improvements.
• Perform routine handling and processing tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide support to production operations as needed to meet daily objectives.
• Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards.
• Escalate quality or operational issues to management in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments.
• Assist with in‑process and final inspections as needed, using standard measurement and inspection tools.
• Support vendor coordination and communicate basic performance or quality metrics to the department.
• Maintain accurate documentation, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and use basic computer systems for tracking and reporting. (MICROMETERS, CALIPERS, GAGES)
