As a Cashier, you are responsible for taking guests orders and serving food in aprofessional and timely manner in order to ensure that guests of the company have an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience. Your objectives and expectations include:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering the phone and taking to go orders
• Read, understand, and memorize the menu
• Learn the ingredients in the food
• Be informed and recite the daily special
• Take guest orders and enter into the computer
• Organize all to go orders for efficient and timely pick up
• Accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions
• Follow all steps of service, including department checklists for opening and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards; including, but not limited to bussing tables when necessary, wipe down menu's, wipe down tables, set up / break down tables, fold napkins, rearrange dining area when needed
• Follow and uphold all company policies per employment handbook

Must have weekend availability to be considered for this job. Barista experience preferred.
